Refund Policy – WizardPages

At WizardPages, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our items and to ensure fair use, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to cancel an order if the request is made shortly after purchase. However, once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Return Eligibility

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.

A return may be approved only for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Verified manufacturing defect

  • Product does not power on or perform its core intended function

  • Charging or power-related failure

  • Shipping-related damage or delivery issues

Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or subjective opinions

  • Perceived quality, performance, or results

  • Comparisons with other products or alternatives

  • “Does not meet expectations” or similar claims

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

If the product powers on and performs its core intended function, it is considered functional.

Product Integrity & Usage Policy

All WizardPages products are inspected prior to shipment.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use beyond basic inspection

  • The item has been used beyond a brief functionality check

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, impact, liquid exposure, or improper handling

Use of the product beyond basic testing constitutes acceptance of the item.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at

within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, return instructions will be provided. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization. Late returns may be rejected or subject to a deduction due to handling and processing costs, except where prohibited by law.

Resolutions

Once the return is received and inspected, WizardPages may offer one of the following solutions, at its sole discretion:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Partial credit or discount code

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered, except where legally required.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • Only basic inspection is permitted

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Any refund may be reduced to reflect a proven loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Approved EU withdrawals will be refunded to the original payment method.
